CoreView Release Notes December 2023

We are pleased to announce that ZenDesk has been implemented as our primary support platform. 

To access and manage your support tickets effortlessly, kindly proceed with navigating to
support.coreview.com as usual and resetting your password.

This will allow you to log in and access your support tickets. 

Should you encounter any difficulties or require further assistance, please reach out to support via the chat option or through your Customer Success Manager.

We've added a new feature to the workflow editor that allows you to reposition actions within a workflow. Simply click on the ellipses next to the action and select “Move to position”, then enter the desired position number. And don’t worry about breaking anything – an error message will appear if the move disrupts the workflow!

This feature was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.

Now, even if you have no license pools configured, you can still access all the detailed information in any report in the Optimization Center. Enjoy the same level of insights without the need for configured license pools!

Starting January 2024, we're rolling out a significant update to our virtual tenant engine, allowing management of up to 1 million users. Please note, audit and sign-in data prior to December 2023 will not be accessible within V-tenants. If this affects you, contact your CSM to opt out. We expect to complete this rollout by May 2024. 

We've added a “Reload” button to every page in the Partner App. This new feature allows you to refresh the content on a page instantly, ensuring you always have access to the most current information. Say goodbye to manual navigation or app restarts for updates!
