June 18 enhancements

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

[GOVERNANCE CENTER] AI-generated health insights: a new AI feature enables administrators to generate reports that analyze complex data within the Governance Center Overview dashboard. CoreView AI summarizes detected anomalies in your tenant, providing a concise overview that can be copied with one click.
Note: to access this functionality, AI integration must be enabled in Organization Settings.

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

[ENTRA APPS] App ownership attribution for admin-created apps: when an app registration is created by an administrator, the system now references audit logs to identify the app creator. The “Created by” attribute is added to application reports to record and display this ownership information.
Note: this property is available only for applications created after the date of this release. Applications created prior to this release will not display a “Created by” value.

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[USER TEMPLATES] Outdated resource warnings: a new “Template status” column now flags user templates with outdated resources—specifically when a manager has left the company, a referenced user’s mailbox permission has been deleted, or a group included in the template has been deleted—by displaying a warning icon. A widget at the top of the page shows the total number of affected templates and provides direct filtering options. This feature helps administrators identify and resolve these specific invalid configurations in user templates. Note that an outdated template does not affect onboarding, and users can still remove or update the outdated resources as needed.
[V-TENANTS] Contact management toggles available: admins can now include or exclude external users and mail contacts for any account with a V-Tenant assigned by using two new toggles in “Organization Settings > V-Tenants”. This update ensures that new Playbook policies for mail contacts remain correctly scoped for both administrators and end users.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • [PLAYBOOKS] Policy definition correction for “Default MFA auth method”: we’ve updated the “Default MFA auth method” playbook policy definition. The filter now operates according to the specified criteria, ensuring accurate policy enforcement and reliable end-user authentication.
  • [NAVIGATION DOCUMENTATION] Keyboard interactions for filtering and navigation: a new article detailing keyboard interactions for filtering and navigation within the CoreView portal is now available. This resource guides on using keyboard shortcuts to navigate tables, manage grouped elements, enter edit modes, and adjust selections throughout the portal.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

[USER CARDS] New user sign-ins tab: a “Sign-ins” tab is now available within User Cards. This report displays user sign-in events, including timestamp, location, owner roles, and device information. Insight widgets enable precise filtering of logs to surface key sign-in metrics.

This feature is exclusively available within the CoreView ONE solution.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[GOVERNANCE CENTER] Timestamp for Overall Tenant Grade report: clicking the “Overall Tenant Grade” widget in the Governance Center Overview dashboard now displays the timestamp of the most recent report synchronization. This provides clear visibility into when the data was last updated and supports troubleshooting any discrepancies with information shown in Playbook widgets.
[GOVERNANCE CENTER] Edit Workflow schedules: Workflow schedules can now be edited directly from the “Scheduled Workflow” list. Select the desired workflows and use the Edit option to open the editing panel and modify the schedule as needed.
This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

[REPORTS] OnlineUser fields deprecated: at the end of March, Microsoft deprecated the following fields:

  • Overall provisioning status
  • Validation status
  • Is BlackBerry user
  • Strong authentication methods
  • Default strong authentication method

These fields have now been removed from the CoreView platform to align with Microsoft's changes and prevent confusion. Use the “Register authentication method” field as an alternative where applicable.
