For security reasons, Configuration Manager is re-requiring authentication for your tenant.
To resolve this, start a manual Sync from the Sync page.
- From the Sync page, the status will change from “In Progress” to “Pending Authentication”:
- Click “Pending Authentication”.
- Complete the steps on the screen.
If you don't authenticate within five minutes after the status changes to Pending Authentication, the Sync will time out.
The Sync, which is your daily backup, will not run until this is resolved.
