Sign-ins import
Sign-ins are imported at least once every 2 hours and at most once every 24 hours.
- if no user modifications are performed, sign-ins are imported once daily (at night).
- if user modifications are performed, another process triggers the import of sign-ins. However, it only does so if no sign-in import has been triggered in the previous two hours.
Last interactive sign-in
In the “Active users” report, the “Last Entra logon” column was renamed to “Last interactive sign-in”.
- this value is based on Microsoft sign-in data and Microsoft Unified Audit Log data.
- this value is updated as soon as a new event is received and processed.
- for this reason, it may differ from the corresponding value shown in Microsoft 365, where the value is updated up to once a day.
