As a member of CoreCommunity, you can download, share, and submit workflows and custom actions you have built into the libraries.
Downloading a workflow or a custom action
Simply visit the specific section, click on the workflow/custom action title, and download the zip file.
Inside the zip file, you will find the JSON files that you can upload to your CoreView app.
You can also:
- vote for the ones you like the most
- stay updated on any updates by clicking on “Follow”
- interact by leaving a comment to express your appreciation, ask questions, or propose improvements.
Submitting your workflow/custom action
You can share your workflows and custom actions with the community.
Click on the form to share your workflow/custom action.
Fill out the form and click send.
Workflow dependencies
A workflow might need one or more custom actions to function.
In this case, it would be better to first upload the custom actions to the custom action library and then upload the workflow to the workflow library.
In the form for uploading a new workflow, it is possible to specify the necessary custom actions.
Review process
There is a review process conducted by the internal CoreView team to ensure the workflows/custom actions function properly and to avoid oversharing any sensitive information.
Therefore, once a workflow/custom action is published, it will not be immediately available, but must first be reviewed and approved.
Our team will contact you directly if further clarification is needed about the workflow or custom action you submitted.
How to access libraries from CoreView app
You can access from:
- The workflow “Templates” page: from here, you will access the workflow library.
- The “Manage custom actions” page: from here, you will access the custom actions library.
At the top, next to the page title, you will find a button to access the libraries.
This mode is available only from CoreView.
