How to open a support ticket

If you need assistance from CoreView Support, you can submit a support request through the CoreView Support Portal. This article explains how to create a new support ticket, view your existing requests, add information to an open request, and mark a request as solved.

Open a support ticket

  1. Navigate to support.coreview.com .
  2. Sign in using your CoreView credentials.
  3. Complete the Submit a request form.
    • When filling out the form, provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing. This may include the affected user, tenant, workload, error messages, screenshots, and the steps you have already taken.
    • Make sure you provide CoreView with permission to perform the necessary analysis and troubleshooting. This helps the Support team investigate your request more efficiently.
  4. Once you have completed the form, click “Submit”.
  5. After submitting the form, you will be able to see a preview of your support ticket.

View your requests

To view all of your submitted requests:

  1. Click your profile name in the top-right corner of the Support Portal.
  2. Select “My Requests”.
  3. From the My Requests page, you can view your open and previous support requests.

Add information to an open request

If you need to provide additional details for an open support request:

  1. Go to “My Requests”.
  2. Click the title of the request you want to update.
  3. Click “Add to the conversation”.
  4. Type the additional information you want to provide.
  5. Click “Submit”.

Mark a request as solved

If your issue has been resolved, you can close the request directly from the Support Portal.

  1. Go to “My Requests”.
  2. Open the request you want to close.
  3. Click “Mark as solved”.

Marking a request as solved will close the support ticket.
