This article describes CoreView features for managing holiday calendars used with Teams Voice auto attendants across multiple tenants.

Holidays
The “Holidays” report under the “Teams Voice” category lists holiday calendars across various virtual tenants and their current settings. As a Tenant Admin, you can review and update holiday settings from the Manage panel.

Auto attendants
The “Auto attendants” report includes two columns: “Holiday name” and “Holiday ID”. This allows administrators to identify which holidays are linked to their auto attendants without manual cross-referencing.

Holiday management and workflow actions
The ability to directly add, edit, unassign, and remove holiday calendars is integrated into management and workflow actions. Here is the list of management and workflow actions related to holiday management:
- Add holiday: add a holiday entry and associate it with auto attendants as required.
- Edit holiday: update an existing holiday entry.
- Remove holiday: remove an existing holiday entry.
- Unassign holiday: remove the association between a holiday and one or more auto attendants.

Simplified holiday unassignment
To address the challenge of deleting holidays assigned to the auto attendant, the “Unassign holiday” feature allows you to view holiday assignments and unassign them one by one or in bulk using the “Remove all” option. If Microsoft Teams blocks deletion while a holiday is assigned, unassign the holiday before deleting it in Teams.
Permission settings
As a Tenant Admin, you can set permissions under “Management actions > Teams”, allowing designated users to add, edit, and delete holidays. Assign permissions by role to control access to holiday actions.
