Multi-tenant dashboard

  • Last update on October 29th, 2024

This feature isn't available for CoreView GOV customers yet, but it's coming soon.

Filter Assistant

The Filter Assistant panel allows MSPs to tailor their view by selecting their preferred grouping method: by Tenant or by Playbooks.

Group by Tenant

Group by Playbooks

When selecting the “Playbooks” grouping option, Playbooks are displayed as headlines, and the tenants that have adopted each Playbook are grouped below it.

Column settings

Each column in the dashboard represents a different property. You can customize the display by selecting the properties you want to view from the “Columns” dropdown menu. Additionally, you can reorder the columns using the drag-and-drop function to suit your preferences. The “Expand all” and “Collapse all” options next to the column dropdown will adjust the level of detail displayed in the report.

Properties

Each property is contained in a separate column. The key properties are:

Policy violations

This is the most relevant attribute.

  • When collapsed (double click on the “Collapse all” button), it displays the number of compliant, warning, and critical policies within the corresponding Playbook. Icons in green, yellow, or red indicate the policy severity level (green for Compliant, yellow for Warning, and red for Critical), enabling MSPs to quickly assess the gravity of issues and prioritize actions.
  • When expanded, individual policy statuses (Compliant, Warning, or Critical) are displayed.

Properties populated in “Expand all” mode

The following properties are only populated in “Expand all” mode:

Severity

This attribute shows the severity level assigned to each policy, categorized as Informational, Warning, or Critical.

Exceptions

This displays the number of exceptions marked for each Playbook policy.

Remediation enabled

This indicates whether remediation has been enabled for the corresponding Playbook policy.

Remediation type

This attribute specifies the type of remediation available for each policy, indicating whether it is a Workflow or a scheduled report.

Remediation scheduled

This indicates whether remediation has been scheduled for the corresponding Playbook policy.

Failed execution

This attribute shows the number of failed executions for each Playbook policy, accompanied by a red warning in case of errors.

By leveraging these features and properties, MSPs can efficiently manage their client tenants, ensuring compliance and addressing issues promptly.
