The Unlicensed OneDrive Owners report lets you manage the unlicensed OneDrive accounts using data from the SharePoint admin center. It helps you determine the best management strategy by assessing if information, files, and documents are still being used within your organization.
The report includes a “Last Activity Date” attribute to assist you in this evaluation.
Last Activity Date column
The “Last Activity Date” column shows the latest interaction with each account, using data from the Microsoft 365 Unified Log since January 1, 2025. This column helps decide if accounts should be re-licensed to maintain access to important data.
To view all interactions with a specific OneDrive account, click on the OneDrive URL.
Detailed audit trails
Selecting a OneDrive URL provides access to a detailed log of all actions taken, including who accessed or modified files and when. This information helps you evaluate the relevance of the data, allowing you to decide whether to delete or archive accounts.
