License Pools are not available in the Essentials and Professional solutions, but they can be purchased as an add-on.
You can delete individual License Pools. This is a different process than clearing License Pools, which removes all the existing License Pools.
To access the “Delete” functionality, you have two options:
- Click on the trashcan icon located in each row.
- If you wish to delete more than one item, check all the desired licenses from the checklist and click “Delete selected” located at the top right of the screen.
In both cases, a new panel will open up: click “Delete” to permanently delete the selected License Pools.
