User onboarding is the process by which new employees receive access to required resources within the organization. The User Templates feature allows Tenant Admins to define all required user details in a single template and to delegate user creation and resource assignment tasks to operators.
You can find the User Templates functionality under “Settings > User templates”.

User management (Tenant Admins only)
Tenant Admins are responsible for creating templates based on the organization's requirements. This capability allows them to delegate user creation and resource assignment tasks to operators while maintaining administrative oversight.

Template management
Delegated operators can create user accounts using the templates assigned to them. This process helps maintain consistent user configuration and details throughout the organization.
In addition to creating new accounts, delegated operators can also assign templates to existing users to modify a user's access, licenses, and resource assignments to match their new role without assigning privileges that are not necessary for their responsibilities.
