Resource Center

  • Last update on April 15th, 2025

At the top right of your screen, you will find the Resource Center. From this panel, you can access resources and tools such as release notes, support, documentation, and our feedback system. Here, all these are listed in detail:

Announcements

Announcements are important communications related to CoreView. In particular, they announce new release notes, which include the release of new features, bug fixes, and the change or enhancement of existing features.

You will find the announcements in chronological order, with the most recent one displayed at the top. You can scroll down to view older announcements—that is, those from the last two months are available for consultation.

Enable email communication

You can also receive notifications about new releases via email. You can subscribe by clicking on “Manage subscription” at the top. If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe directly from the link provided in the email.

Support

Here you can get support to resolve any issues with the application.
From this screen, you will find links to:

  • CoreCommunity: our discussion forum (learn How to join CoreCommunity)
  • Knowledge Center: to consult the product manual and all other sections
  • Chat: to contact support directly

Product Walkthroughs

Product walkthroughs are activated directly within the application and will guide you through it using tooltips that appear at each step.

You can view them freely at your own pace; there is no mandatory order to follow. However, we recommend following the order in which they are displayed, starting from the top.

An icon to the left of the title and the grey text below it will inform you about the completion status.

Training

From here, you can access:

  • CoreUniversity, our e-learning platform
  • CoreVoice, the platform for proposing enhancements or new features for CoreView. From here, you can access the policy and watch a video on how to use it. To access the platform, there is a direct link from the main screen of the Resource Center (see the next section in this article).

CoreVoice

This is the direct link to the CoreVoice platform, for proposing enhancements or new features for CoreView.
If you want to learn more about the policy or how it works, visit the Training section of the Resource Center (see the previous section in this article).

Share Feedback

From this section, you can leave your feedback on CoreView by filling out a short questionnaire or by booking a 30-minute session with one of our product team members.
