New CoreView solutions: overview

We have revamped our services to offer more customized solutions. This guide will introduce you to CoreView's new offerings and what they entail.

For Suite offering owners

If you purchased the Suite offering before October 1, 2024, your package will include all the features and add-ons listed in the Enterprise column.

 

CoreView now provides three tailored packages: Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise. Look at the table below to understand what's included in each package. Please note that some features can only be purchased as optional add-ons.

Configuration Manager

The Configuration Manager, previously known as Simeon Cloud, is included in all offerings, but you can also purchase it separately. It provides critical tools such as baselines, industry benchmarks, drift detection, and backup restoration capabilities. These features are designed to help you effortlessly maintain and secure your tenant configuration.

 
 

Essentials

The Essentials offering includes baseline configurations, drift detection, automated policies, and over 100 reports to keep your tenant secure and under control with minimal manual effort.

Professional

Beyond foundational features like baselines and drift detection, the Professional solution empowers you to execute custom reports and actions, leveraging CoreView's extensive suite of over 100 actions and workflows.

Enterprise offers comprehensive control, including advanced delegation through Virtual Tenants and License Pools, alongside on-premises data management with both native and custom actions. Connectors

  • The Delegated Administration connector can be added to the Essentials and Professional packages.
  • The Hybrid connector can be added to the Professional offering and is already included in the Enterprise offering.
  •  The Audit and Data connectors are only available as add-ons for all offerings. 

Audit Connector

  • Provides the ability to import the Microsoft Unified Audit log into CoreView.
  • Offers dedicated reports of security activity (risky users, impossible travel, etc.)
  • Allows you to trigger alerts based on log events with the ability to trigger Playbooks/Workflows.
 
 

Hybrid Connector

  • Hybrid Agent with multi-forest capabilities.
  • Provides additional 15 management actions to maintain on-premises users, groups, and mailboxes.
 
 

Data Connector

  • Creates a connection between a customer's CoreView tenant and a cloud-based repository, specifically an Azure SQL database.
  • Allows you to extract and store data from CoreView in a format that enables more flexible use and integration with other systems or analytical tools such as PowerBI. 
 
 

Delegated Administration

  • Virtual Tenants to create sub-divisions of your tenant for security and management purposes.
  • License Pools to delegate responsibility for managing licenses to business units.
  • License Templates to eliminate the need to select licenses and service plans individually.
 
 

Legacy CoreView offerings

Entra ID apps

An Entra ID app connector is available for owners of legacy CoreView offerings who would like to retain access to this feature.
