We believe that listening to our customers, team members, and prospects—taking their ideas on board and bringing their voices into the projects we choose to invest in—is the best way to build a better product.
We use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our product as efficiently as possible.
How to submit your product feedback (ideas) to CoreView
Submitting your feedback is quick and easy!
You can submit feedback directly in CoreCommunity. Consult our guide to learn how to register.
Please note that the registration and login process differs depending on whether you are a government customer, and whether only Configuration Manager is available.
Once logged in, access the “CoreVoice” board from the menu on the left.

Once you have accessed the board, click on “Join” at the top.
Please note that only after clicking “Join” you will you be able to vote on others' ideas or submit your own!

Add your idea
To submit your idea, click on “Add idea” and fill out the form that appears.


Vote on others’ ideas
You can vote on others’ ideas directly from the board or from the idea’s detail page.


What happens to your product feedback?
All ideas are carefully reviewed and considered during our prioritization process. While we cannot guarantee that every idea will be implemented, your input helps us identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities, so you can get more value from CoreView as efficiently as possible!

Ideas submitted follow this stages:
- New: the latest ideas submitted are shown here.
- Open for voting: these are the ideas selected by Product Management for implementation.
- In development: these are the ideas currently being developed.
- Released: these are the completed ideas that have actually been released and implemented.
- Declined: these are the ideas not selected by Product Management.
Please note that ideas can always be commented on regardless of their stage, and they can always be voted on. However, only votes added during the “New” and “Open for voting” stages are taken into account.
