Foundation - Professional Services Package

1. Service Description

The Foundation Package provides a predefined onboarding process that ensures a smooth and efficient start with the CoreView platform. It includes essential configurations and tailored solutions designed to meet your organization’s specific requirements.

This package is mandatory because it provides the foundation for secure, automated, and efficient management of your Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring that your systems align with best practices for governance, security, and automation.

The combination of high reliability, expertise, and specialized skills ensures that your environment is configured correctly from the start.

2. Approach

The minimum objective of the Foundation Package is to implement an initial solution (Minimum Viable Product, MVP) that provides immediate value to your organization. We have structured our approach to ensure that the MVP is achieved quickly, allowing you to start benefiting from the CoreView platform without delays.

The Foundation package follows a structured and predefined implementation plan designed to ensure that your environment is up and running as quickly as possible. With this well-organized process, your organization won’t have to wait long to start benefiting from the CoreView platform.

Tenant Setup

The first step is the Tenant Setup, where we handle the entire configuration of your tenant environment. This ensures a smooth and well-coordinated start, avoiding delays and guaranteeing that everything is correctly set up from the outset. During this phase, we adhere to industry best practices for security, including the principle of least privilege, ensuring that users have only the access necessary for their roles. This minimizes the risk of unauthorized access and enhances overall security.

For hybrid environments, we also follow stringent security protocols to ensure seamless integration while maintaining robust security measures. This includes secure configuration of hybrid setups to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Governance

Next, we focus on Governance, configuring standard Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) policies along with up to two custom policies tailored to your specific governance and security needs. This ensures that your organization operates in compliance with best practices right from the beginning.

Automation

We then move on to Automation, implementing one workflow with up to 10 steps and two custom actions. This helps automate key business processes, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual workloads.

Delegation

A key aspect is Delegation, where we configure up to five tenants with V-Tenant, License Pool, and Role-Based Permissions. This ensures precise access management, allowing each user to interact only with the resources appropriate for their role, further enhancing security and compliance.

Configuration

Additionally, we perform a Configuration of baseline setups for production, pre-production, and test environments, ensuring optimal performance across all environments. This step ensures that the various environments work in harmony to support your operational and development needs.

Hybrid Installation

For those who require it, we also offer Hybrid Installation as an add-on, providing greater flexibility by allowing integration with hybrid environments based on your organization's specific requirements. This includes secure configurations to ensure that hybrid setups meet the same stringent security standards as cloud-only environments.

Assessment

Finally, we conduct an Assessment based on predefined templates, systematically evaluating your operational setup, governance, and security needs. This ensures that your infrastructure is aligned with industry best practices, providing a tailored approach to meet your organization’s specific demands.

3. Deliverables

  • Onboarding Templates: These are essential documents for managing the Microsoft 365 environment, covering governance, automation, and delegation.
They ensure secure, efficient, and compliant management aligned with best practices.
Additionally, these documents are crucial for the optimal configuration of the three pillars (Delegation, Automation, Governance), ensuring the proper management of permissions assigned to various users.
  • Project Approval Document: This document summarizes the use cases and implementation details using CoreSuite, including success criteria and metrics, ensuring all project objectives are met and providing a basis for final approval.
  • Implementation Plan Documentation: This formal document outlines the steps and success metrics agreed upon during the project's Discovery phase, ensuring all objectives are met and providing a basis for final approval.

4. Duration and Timeline

The project typically spans 1 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business requirements. The process is divided into six key phases, ensuring a structured approach and progress transparency.

Below the six key phases, your find a flowchart for a visual representation of this process.

1. Discovery & Design

The project begins with a handover and an initial Kick-Off meeting to review your current state and business requirements. We will also define the overall project plan and goals during this phase.

2. Initial Setup

Here, we focus on the preliminary configuration of your environment, setting up the necessary infrastructure to support the project. This includes integrating governance policies, workflows, and security protocols aligned with your needs.

3. MVP Implementation

In this phase, we implement the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version of the solution, focusing on core features tailored to your business use case.

4. Training on MVP

Once the MVP is in place, we conduct a comprehensive training session to ensure your team can effectively utilize the system.

5. Adoption Review

After the training, we review user adoption and any feedback on the MVP. This is a crucial phase to identify any adjustments before final deployment.

6. Ramp Up

Following successful feedback and adoption, we move into full-scale implementation and final deployment. Post-go-live support is provided to ensure seamless transition and continued success.

A detailed Gantt chart will be shared, outlining the timeline for each phase and associated deliverables, ensuring full visibility of progress.
