CoreCommunity is an online community platform we built to allow operators and tenant admins of CoreView and Configuration Manager (Simeon Cloud) to discuss with each other.
Registration
Registration and access are different for:
- CoreView operators/tenant admins
- CoreView GOV operators/tenant admins
- Configuration Manager (Simeon Cloud) only users
Depending on the application you use, you can view the instructions below.
Which application do you use?
Click on one of the options below to view the specific registration and access instructions.
If you use CoreView, you can register and log in through ”CoreView SSO“.
Registration and login
Go to https://community.coreview.com/
(Save it in your browser's bookmark!)
You will be automatically registered upon your first login.
For future logins, you can always use CoreView SSO.
If you use CoreView GOV or Simeon Cloud, you will register and log in manually.
Ask the link for the registration
If you want to join the community, contact your CX manager to request the link to the registration panel.
Registration
Please register with the email you use as an operator/tenant admin on CoreView or Configuration Manager (Simeon Cloud). This way, you will be able to utilize all the community features.
After clicking the registration link, you will be redirected to a page where you can:
- Update your name
- Set a password
- Verify the correctness of your email address–you cannot change this now, but you can do it later).
First access
At this point, you will be directed to the community homepage:
https://community.coreview.com
Login
You can access the community by entering your credentials in the login screen.
How to access CoreCommunity
Option 1: direct link
You can access CoreCommunity from:
https://community.coreview.com/

Option 2: from CoreView/Simeon Cloud app
You can access from the Resource Center in CoreView or in Configuration Manager (Simeon Cloud) app. From here, you will directly access the discussion section.
Option 3: from Workflow and Custom Actions in CoreView
You can access from:
- The workflow “Templates” page: from here, you will access the workflow library.
- The “Manage custom actions” page: from here, you will access the custom actions library.
At the top, next to the page title, you will find a button to access the libraries.
This mode is available only from CoreView.
If you registered with an email different from the one you use as an operator/tenant admin on CoreView, you might encounter issues. In case of any problems, you can contact our support team.
