As an MSP, you can cancel your subscription before your free trial expires and the billing cycle starts.
Cancel your subscription
Navigate to “SETTINGS” > “Subscription”
On the page that opens, you will see information regarding your trial status.
Click on “Cancel subscription“. In the pop-up that opens, provide feedback and click the “Cancel subscription“ button. You will then be asked to confirm the operation.
