New Additions of Fields in SFDC:
Two checkbox fields have been added to the Contact record to identify associated users/contacts who have completed the required certification trainings.
Why?
These fields are designed to confirm whether a contact has completed the necessary training requirements for partner certification. The data is automatically pulled from TalentLMS/CoreUniversity based on completed trainings.

Additional Fields that Identify Certification Status
Fields for date when a partner was certified, as well as an expiration date field.
As a reminder, the Partner Certification Program is a structured initiative designed to train, test, and formally validate that partners have the knowledge and skills needed to understand CoreView and its products. Once certified, partners are rewarded with unlocked discounts and increased market visibility.
How does a Partner become certified?
- 2 individuals must complete the following Sales Training
- 1 individual must complete the following Presales Training
When a Certified Date field is inputted, it would automatically generate an Expiration Date. It is given a 12-month deadline – which is more is a guideline, not a hard deadline where the partner will not lose access to discounts. It is still applicable even if their expiration date has passed. Partners will keep their discounts until Sales leaders determine they should not.
Why?
This is meant to share when a partner needs to re-certify and take new trainings to be up to date with CoreView Standards.
When a certification expires, the automation (Zapier) updates the relevant field on Salesforce (removes the checkbox). The user receives a notification from CoreUniversity 30 days before, 15 days before, and on the day the certification expires. They are only informed about the expiration.
