At the top right of your screen, you will find the Resource Center. 

From this panel, you can access resources and tools such as release notes, support, documentation, and our feedback system. Here, all these are listed in detail:


Support

Here you can get support to resolve any issues with the application.

Here you can:

  • Browse the Knowledge Center: consult the product manual and all other sections
  • Ask the community: ask questions in our CoreCommunity forum and get answers from other users and our team
  • Chat with support: start a chart with the support team

Notifications

You can also receive notifications about new releases via email. 

You can subscribe 

  1. by clicking “Notifications”  
  1. Selecting “Release notes”
  1. Typing your work email address in the provided field:

If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe directly from the link provided in the email.


News

The “News” section contains important communications related to CoreView. In particular, they announce new release notes, which include the release of new features, bug fixes, and the change or enhancement of existing features.

To access the section, select the megaphone icon located at the bottom right of the Resource Center widget:

You will find these announcements in chronological order, with the most recent one displayed at the top. You can scroll down to view older announcements—that is, those from the last two months are available for consultation.

From this section, you can leave your feedback on CoreView by filling out a short questionnaire or by booking a 30-minute session with one of our product team members.


CoreVoice

CoreVoice, is the dedicated space for suggesting enhancements or new features for CoreView. Here, you can easily submit your feedback and ideas. To access CoreVoice, simply use the direct link available on the main screen of the Resource Center. This link will take you to CoreCommunity, where the CoreVoice section is located.
