The “Apply to” page in Reconcile allows you to apply configurations to multiple tenants at once.
This functionality replaces the previous
- “Copy to”
- “Move to”
- “Apply to”
actions that were available in the Reconcile page.
To apply configurations, from the Reconcile page:
- Select the “Apply configs” tab.
- Pick the tenant containing the configurations you want to copy.
- Apply any filters to see the configurations available for selection and click “Apply”.

Now, you can either:
- apply one configuration to multiple tenants
- apply multiple configurations to multiple tenants
“Skipped configurations” are not selectable.
Apply multiple configurations to multiple tenants
To apply multiple configurations to multiple tenants, follow the steps below.
Step 1: locate the configurations
Choose two or more configurations under any Configuration Type.

Step 2: apply the configurations
Click the “Apply to” button: a modal will appear, showing eligible destination tenants.

When you are applying multiple configurations to multiple tenants, the “Load configuration state” toggle is disabled and cannot be used.

Step 3: select destination tenants
Select one or more destination tenants; a chip appears if a full Sync is required.

Step 4: review changes
Click “Next” to review the list of pending changes (expand with the arrow next to “n tenants”).

Step 5: choose when to Sync
Now, you can either:
- Click “Apply now” to start the Sync immediately and apply the changes.
- Click the downwards pointing arrow to save the changes and run the Sync later.

Apply a single configuration to multiple tenants
To apply a single configuration to multiple tenants, follow the steps below.
Step 1: locate the configuration
Find the configuration you want under the appropriate Configuration Type, either by
- scrolling
- or searching.
Using the search bar filters the configurations in real time.

Step 2: apply the configuration
Click the “Apply to” button:

This opens a modal listing tenants you can apply the configuration to:

Step 3 (optional): preview impact
If you want to see the expected change, enable the “Load configuration state” toggle.
Preview will show one of these states for each destination tenant:

Available from: file exists and is marked
$delete: true
. - Only in: configuration is missing in the destination tenant.
- Conflicting with: file exists in both but the contents differ.
- Matching: file exists in both with the same contents.

Step 4: select destination tenants
- Select one or more destination tenants; a chip appears if a full Sync is required.

Step 5: review changes
- Click “Next” to review the list of pending changes (expand with the arrow next to “n tenants”).
Step 6: choose when to Sync
Now, you can either:
- Click “Apply now” to start the Sync immediately and apply the changes
- Click the downwards pointing arrow to save the changes and run the Sync later
