CoreView 21.07 was released August 19, 2021 and available in all Datacenters.
The latest version of CoreView is now available. More than 25 bug fixes and tech improvements have been delivered, including:

Multi-Forest support: Import Users & Groups
Our previous import process allowed for imports from customers who have single forest active directory structures.
With the ability to import users and groups from Multi Forest resource topology implementations, we can now support existing and additional customers with single or multi forest (resource topology) implementations.

Action Sub-Permission for Set Portal Attributes
Extend the Set Portal Attributes permission to apply to “Edit User Properties”
Workflow: Retrieve data from a given object
Data from objects can now be retrieved using a new action
Use Cases:
- Retrieve email address of user's manager
- Retrieve channels of Teams group
- Retrieve OU of user
Workflow: Workflow Try-Catch Operator – path for failed actions/sequences
Add actions that can run if a workflow fails
Use Cases:
- Send operator email if ServiceNow action fails and update ServiceNow item with status

ServiceNow –
Operators can now create, update, or delete any type of ServiceNow table record using workflows
Execute workflow from ServiceNow to assign a license and update the ServiceNow requested item status
Intune - Add "Delete Managed Device" Action to Intune Devices Report
Operators can now delete managed Intune devices using a new management action
Teams-AutoAttendant
We now allow Teams Auto Attendant to redirect to external phone numbers in all Call Flows (Call Flow, Call Flow after hours, Call Flow during holidays).
