You can enable and disable the Sync type option to synchronize a tenant as backup-only. This can be applied to either scheduled Syncs alone or both manual and scheduled Sync. You can change the Sync type for an individual tenant or for multiple tenants at once.
Individual tenants
Click on the gear icon on the right of the tenant row.
In the pop-up that appears, select “Sync type”.
You can enable/disable the Sync type with the toggle.
If it's enabled, you can select if you want to perform a backup-only sync just for scheduled Syncs, or for both scheduled and manual Syncs from the dropdown.
When done, click “Save”.
Multiple tenants
You can also change the Sync type for multiple tenants at once.
To do so, select the desired tenant by checking the related checkboxes and click “Manage settings” at the bottom left of the page:
Next, select “Sync type” from the available options:
Now, enable/disable the backup-only Sync with the toggle.
If it's enabled, you can select if you want to perform a backup-only sync just for scheduled Syncs, or for both scheduled and manual Syncs from the dropdown.
When done, click “Save”.
