| Archive | Enabled/Disabled | Archive feature is enabled or disabled for the mailbox. |
| Email address | Addition/Removal | Addition or removal of SMTP, SIP, or SPO proxy addresses linked to the mailbox. |
| Permissions | Full access | Grants or revokes the user's ability to open and fully manage another mailbox as the mailbox owner. |
| Send on behalf | Granting and revoking the possibility for a user to send email messages on behalf of another mailbox. | |
| Sand as | Grants or revokes the user's ability to send email messages as if they are the mailbox owner; recipients will see the mailbox owner as the sender. | |
