Language, time, and region

All fields in this section can be updated:

  • Language: select the display language for your CoreView app. Note that your preference may be overridden by the organization’s predefined language for column titles in exported reports and the workflow approval button.
  • Regional settings: choosing a language configures the date-picker and relevant areas to use the date format of that language. For example, selecting English (United Kingdom) will display dates in the DD/MM/YYYY format.
  • Time zone: if no time zone is selected, times will be shown in UTC+0. Refer to the “Operator time zone"  guide for configuration steps.

  1. You have been assigned multiple Virtual Tenants,
    AND

Default home page

In this section, you can select the home page that will display upon login.

  • If you have been assigned Virtual Tenants and Virtual-Tenant-specific roles and permissions, this section appears only after you select a default Virtual Tenant. Once you do, you will be prompted to choose the Permission Set that includes your landing page.

Note: only the Tenant Admin can select the default home page for each Permission Set they create. Delegated operators may select from Permission Sets assigned to them.

  • If you have NOT been assigned any V-Tenant or V-Tenant RBAC, your available home page options are determined by the permissions assigned directly to you.
