July 16 enhancements

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

[ACTIONS/WORKFLOWS] “Delete OneDrive” action now available: the “Delete OneDrive” management action provides the ability to delete OneDrive accounts directly within the CoreView app. Administrators can quickly remove accounts identified as inactive in CoreView reports.
[ACTIONS/WORKFLOWS] Unified action to block compromised accounts: the “Revoke user session” management action now revokes all active sessions for the operator in both CoreView and Microsoft 365 simultaneously. This enables administrators to mitigate risk with a single action.
[REPORTS] Addition of Message Id attribute to Message Trace: the Message Trace report now includes a “Message Id” column. This attribute provides a unique identifier for each message, enabling operators to conduct investigations and incident response with greater accuracy.
This enhancement was inspired by a CoreVoice idea.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

[SYNC] Partial sync now tracks service principal changes: CoreView’s partial import process now detects and records changes to service principals. IT administrators and security teams can update access controls and address security vulnerabilities as soon as modifications occur.
