CoreView offers a series of add-ons that you can purchase. Please contact your designated TAM (Technical Account Manager).
Audit add-on
Audit is the add-on repository for retained audit data.
Initial access (first year)
When you first activate the Audit add-on, you'll be able to view audit data from the past 9 months directly through the CoreView portal. If you need access to data from the 3 months preceding this period, you will need to open a ticket with support, as those records are stored offline.
Continued access (second year onwards)
To retain and access both past years' audit data and current year data, you will need to purchase the Audit add-on for each year. Starting from the second year, you can view audit data from the last 9 months via the CoreView portal. For data from the previous 15 months or more (depending on the number of years purchased), you will also need to open a ticket with support, as these records are also stored offline.

Important note about our Service Level Agreement:
The processing time for support tickets is a maximum of 5 business days. The availability of additional logs requested through tickets on the portal will be guaranteed for at least 30 days.
