In the tenants page, you have the possibility to add tenants to Configuration Manager or, if already installed, view a list of the existing tenants and perform actions over them.
Top bar
In the top bar, you can define which columns to view, search among the tenants list, and add new tenants.
Columns
In the top part of the screen, you have the possibility to select which columns you wish to view in the tenants list.
You can choose among the following columns:
- Baseline
- Organization (if present)
- Tenant Domain
- Subscription ID
- Agent pool
- Is baseline
Search
Right next to the “columns” button, you have the possibility to search among your tenants.
This search can either be conducted by:
- organization
- tenant name
- baseline
You can also use regular expressions to perform your search.
Please, note that the search functionality includes the possibility to use regular expressions (regex). However, it's important to note that this feature is not enabled by default and is primarily intended for expert users who are familiar with regex syntax.
To utilize regex in your searches, select the asterisk next to the magnifying lens icon and input regex patterns directly into the search field. Configuration Manager's regex implementation aligns with JavaScript standards.
Add button
The “Add” button allows you to install new tenants.
It contains two actions:
Tenants list
Tenants list
The tenants list contains a list of the tenants you have installed on Configuration Manager.
You can define the order the tenants are organized on the page by selecting the arrow next to the column name. Remember that you can choose which columns to show by clicking on the columns button.
Actions
The actions button allows you to perform different actions. These actions differ for baseline and downstream tenants.
