Administrators can assign support operators the permission to revert user changes.
The ability to revert changes to service plans is coming soon.
Step 1: assign permissions
- Navigate to “Settings” > “Permissions”.
- Select an existing permission set or create a new permission set for support operators.

Step 2: enable access to the Changes tab
In the selected permission set, select the “Changes” tab located under the User Card section.

Step 3: Configure permissions
- Enable the “Read-only” checkbox to grant read-only visibility of user changes.
- Enable the “Revert” checkbox to allow operators to revert user configuration changes from the “Changes” dashboard.
- If only the “Read-only” box is checked, operators will have view-only access.

Configuring an Approval (optional)
Administrators can configure an approval workflow that requires specific review before user changes are reverted. To set up this workflow:
- Go to “Organization Settings > Settings”.
- Select “Management actions and workflows”
- Under “User Rewind settings”, enable the “Approval required to revert user changes” option.
- Assign who will review and approve the revert requests. This can be:
- Tenant administrator
- User’s direct manager
- Specified approvers via email
