CoreView reports give you access to data from your Microsoft 365 environment, including users, licenses, security status, activity across different services and more. Reports are organized by category and can be filtered, exported, customized, or scheduled for delivery.
Types of reports
Reports can be divided into:
- Predefined reports
- Custom reports, customized reports you saved or publicly shared customized reports.
- Scheduled reports, reports users have subscribed to, reports users can schedule or scheduled reports that have been publicly shared.
These reports share common functionalities, including
- Features to visualize a report, such as reports filtering, organizing columns, setting timeframes and more.
- Features to organize and manage a report, such as duplicating, exporting, or creating custom policies.
