Where your time zone appears in CoreView

Your UTC time zone is shown in the following sections of the CoreView app:

  • Scheduled reports
  • Scheduled policy remediations
  • Scheduled workflows
  • Teams management actions (“Holiday”, “Auto Attendant”, and “Auto Reply” actions).

When you schedule actions with a wizard, your configured time zone is automatically used.

Where UTC+0 is the default

UTC+0 (Coordinated Universal Time) is shown by default in these sections:

  • Daily charts
  • Audit sections
  • Task progress panels
  • Review sections in wizards
  • Workflow actions (feature currently unavailable)
  • Exported reports (including the Governance Center exports)
Audit logs are always reported in UTC+0

Any view with dates includes a badge indicating if timestamps are displayed in UTC+0 or in your selected time zone.

“Created on (Local Time)” column

The “Created on (Local Time)” column shows timestamps converted based on your profile’s selected time zone. This column is viewable in Audit logs, task lists, and task details in the CoreView interface. You will not see this column in exported files or scheduled reports, and it cannot be used for filtering.
